Returns Policy

NEED TO MAKE A RETURN?

Golf2U accepts returns for refund up to 30 days after the purchase date.  Any returns must be authorised by our customer service team prior to being returned.

To process a return you must first meet these requirements:

  • Item(s) need to be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • The item(s) is in resaleable condition (i.e. the original tags and labels are still attached, the item is in its original packaging (if any), and the item is unworn, unused and as sold)
  • The item is not a custom-made product
  • Have your order number for a reference
  • Any fees incurred by Golf2U in the payment process via credit card are not refundable.

How Do I Arrange A Return?

Contact us by email at algc@lmservice.com.au or by telephone on 03 9399-1029 to obtain return instructions.

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we are unable to facilitate exchanges. If you wish to change an item for another size, colour or style, we recommend you return the original item and make a new purchase. The cost of freight will be at your expense.

Can I return sale items?

Items that were bought during a sale or discount promotion will be refunded for the amount paid for the item i.e. the listed price for that item at time of order less the discount applied.  The cost of freight will be at your expense.

CHANGE OF MIND

If you have changed your mind about your purchase or have ordered the incorrect size/specification, your item must be freighted back to Golf2U at your expense.

What do I do if my items are faulty?

Golf2U Returns Policy includes the rights you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law. If you believe your product to be faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team via email at algc@lmservice.com.au.  Golf2U may request photos of the fault claim prior to approving the return. We may also consult with the supplier or manufacturer to determine if the item is faulty. If the item is found to be faulty, you will receive a full refund for that item including the delivery charge unless the delivery charge has been previously refunded for that order.

Receiving A Refund

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. Please note card refunds may take up to 5 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time, this can vary greatly between card issuers.
