In order to purchase products from the Website, you will need to create a Golf2U account prior to making a purchase.
As an account holder you are required to provide Golf2U with accurate personal information including a valid email address. Provision of another person’s details as your own will not be deemed acceptable.
As an aide to fraud prevention we may require proof of identification of the cardholder prior to releasing the order.
Any personal information collected by Golf2U shall not be disclosed to any third party unrelated to Golf2U’s business unless such a disclosure is authorised or required by law, or you have expressly consented to such a disclosure. Golf2U otherwise relies on its Privacy Policy.
CREIT CARD INFORMATION AND PAYMENT
Credit card supplied for the purpose of payment of products purchased at Golf2U will be transacted securely using a PCI DSS compliant solution.
Credit card information will be masked on your account and will not be visible to Golf2U Customer Service operators.
Provision of credit card information as payment for the product/s constitutes an agreement for your purchase of the selected product/s.
You must not pay or attempt to pay for product/s using fraudulent credit card information.
SECURITY OF YOUR ACCOUNT
If you create an account with Golf2U you will be required to provide a password. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your password.
Each time you use the password, you will be deemed to be authorised to access and use the Website in a manner consistent with these Terms & Conditions. This means that you are responsible for any products purchased using your account details.

PRICING AND GST
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and include GST. All prices are subject to change. All prices displayed on this Website are only valid online at the time shown.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
Golf2U attempts to present the availability of stock accurately however stock availability constantly varies and is only valid at the time shown. If an ordered item isn’t available or we are unable to fulfill your order we may attempt to arrange an alternative item or will provide a full refund.
Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. You will be notified by email if your order is split shipped. You will also be notified if we are out of stock of a product and it needs to be ordered in.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Once you have placed your order, Golf2U are unable to cancel, add, remove or make changes to your order including your delivery details, items, colours, sizes or removing the items from your order.
Golf2U also reserves the right to cancel your order if:
• You provide an unauthorised credit card
• We are unable to process payment on the credit card provided
• You provide invalid personal details
• If, when required, you cannot provide acceptable proof of identity
• The product has become unavailable
• If, for any reason, we don’t reasonably believe we can successfully complete delivery
Golf2U will attempt to notify you before cancelling your order.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Golf2U offers a 30-Day Free Return Policy. This policy includes rights you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law. Refunds will only be issued in accordance with our returns policy and will only be made to the original account used for payment. In some limited circumstances we may make a refund to an alternate account if the original has been cancelled or is not available.
Golf2U will not consider requests for refunds after 30 days of purchase unless the product is deemed faulty by our Customer Service operator.

Returns For Orders With Promotional Discounts
Promotional discount offers will be honoured when exchanging size, but in the case your size request is unavailable, or a refund is requested promotional offers will not be extended to your new order.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Golf2U reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Order Cut-Off Times
Orders placed before 12:00pm Mon-Fri AEST are shipped on the same day providing the required stock is available. When your order ships you will receive an email outlining how to track your package
SUSPENSION, TERMINATION AND EFFECT OF TERMINATION
If you breach these terms and conditions, Golf2U reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice to you. If your account is suspended or terminated, you will not be able to access the Website.
If you are awaiting delivery of products, Golf2U reserves the right to cancel your order. A refund may be issued to the credit card provided during the purchase process.
LOSS OF GOODS
The risk of loss of goods shall be passed to you upon our delivery of the product to Golf2U’s nominated delivery company/s.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Golf2U shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Golf2U shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price.
